La Casa de al lado is an ancestral building dating back to 1900, initially intended for animal care and later used by future generations for the artisanal creation of wooden wine barrels until it came into our hands.
After dedicated efforts, we expanded the building to its current configuration. The house, approximately 120m2 on one floor, includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, terraces with a private pool, and parking.
Each room has its own story. The oldest bedroom, renovated with stone walls and period ceilings, preserves its historic charm with a spacious bed, nightstands, lamps, an antique wardrobe, and a sofa for moments of relaxation.
The next bedroom, spacious and fully equipped, includes closets, nightstands, and a large private bathroom.
Common areas, such as the living room, dining room, and kitchen, are integrated into an open space, with a second charming but functional bathroom for the second bedroom. Equipped with sofas, television, and an adjoining dining area, the kitchen overlooks the pool and is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and utensils for enjoying cooking.
The laundry room, spacious and including a washing machine, adds practicality to the ensemble. Outside, a covered terrace with a sofa and a table provides comfort for enjoying the outdoors.
The jewel of the house is the private pool, adorned with turquoise-green tiles, surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers to make the most of our pleasant climate. Additionally, a terrace above offers stunning views and wonderful sunsets.

Minimum stay is 7 days.
In the event of any damage to the property, breakage, or failure to dispose of the garbage at the end of the stay, the customer will be responsible for the expenses.
Cancellation / Prepayment
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation by the client, the conditions are as follows: If canceled less than 30 days before the scheduled entry into the vacation home, 50% of the paid reservation will be refunded. If canceled more than 30 days in advance of the entry, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
