The ground floor houses the third bedroom, which has its own private bathroom for comfort and independence. Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation by the client, the conditions are as follows: If canceled less than 30 days before the scheduled entry into the vacation home, 50% of the paid reservation will be refunded. If canceled more than 30 days in advance of the entry, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
